SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY
All Shipping Charges will be applied at checkout. Majority of products that we sell are eligble for shipping. Please note that all shipping rates vary, depending on the postcode and weight of the product. Larger and more difficult items like Aluminium Checkerplate, steel tubes and commercial refrigerators may not be eligle for shipping. If you are interested in these items, contact us directly and we will be more than happy to provide a freight quote or assist you in arranging an external delivery service.
Pickup Option
You have the option to pick up your package free from our showroom here in Dandenong South, VIC.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery to Metro Areas: 3-5 Business Days
Delivery to some regions Areas: 3-7 Business Days
Please note that delivery to parts of Nothern Territory, Western Australia, Tasmania and remote/isolated areas can take longer due to local transport schedules.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Tradersofoz Australia would like to clarify that while we strive to dispatch orders promptly, we don't have control over the exact timeframe for delivery. We work with third-party businesses and there many be instances where the delivery takes longer than expected. However, we are committed to assisting you and addressing any concerns that mau arise during the shipping process.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- All products can be Picked Up Free Of Postage Charge from our Dandenong South, VIC Showroom.
- If you would like a product delivered to you, shipping costs apply to most of the products on the website. Shipping costs are calculated according to postcode and weight, and cover how much it costs to send the product to you.
- Shipping is not available for large, difficult to ship or very heavy items such as Aluminium Checkerplate, Steel Tubes, and Commercial Refrigerators, however you can send us a message or give us a phone call and we happy to quote freight for you that way. Also you are welcome to arrange an external delivery company to pick these up for you.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed same business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Orders placed before 2PM AEDT Monday-Friday are usually shipped on the same day
- Orders placed after 2PM AEDT will typically be shipped the following business day
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will typically be processed the next business day
Please note that we do not ship items over 20 kg to PO Addresses
In most cases, products will be sent through Australia Post and the larger heavy items though courier service ether way you will be emailed a tracking number for you to monitor the products journey to your door.

Delivery to parts of Northern Territory, Western Australia, Tasmania and remote/isolated areas may take a significant amount of time and are subject to local transport schedules.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Tradersofoz Australia would like to make clear that we do not have any control over the timeframe it takes to deliver the parcel, please understand that we work with third party businesses and in some cases it may take longer than advised. We will do our best to send straight away and if ordered before mid afternoon on weekday it will be dispatched on same day. Should any problems arise, we will always assist and follow up on any concerns.
