1. At Tradersofoz, we offer a 7-day change of mind policy for your convenience. If you wish to return an unopened and unused item in its original packaging for any reason, we accept returns wihtin 7 days of recieving the item. Please note that a 25% restocking fee and return shipping fee will apply. To initiate a change of mind return, please contact us first at 0435367937 for further instructions. Please do not return the product without consultation, as credit will not be given in this case. 

2. Faulty or incorrect Items: If you have recieved a fault item or we have sent you something different from what you have purchased, please contact us immediately at 0435367937 within 3 business days of receiving the item. 3. Items with Post Delivery Faults: If your item develops a fault after delivery, we will assess your claim and offer a sustainable remedy, such as a replacement, full refund, or repair depending on the circumstances and the product. 4. Damaged items during shipping: In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately. It is crucial to report any shipping damage within 3 business days of receiving the product. When contacting us, please ensure to provide a detailed description of the damaged item/s and if possible, include some images of the damaged products.
