My product/s came damages. What do I do?

What payment options do you accept?

Here at Tradeofoz we accept all of the following payments are accepted.
PayPal, Bank Cheque, Visa or Master Card, Money order. Ins tore we accept credit cards as well. 

Can I get a tax invoice?

Yes, you can. You will just need to send us a message or upon buying In-Store request a tax invoice, and we can send i tto your email address or print it off.

How are my credit card details kept safe?

We take care to handle your personal information securely using a process called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL locks all critical information passed from you to us, such as payment information, in an encrypted envelope, making it extremely difficult for this information to be intercepted. 

 

Do you ship to all states of Australia?

Tradersofoz delievers all over Australia. 

• Delivery to Metro Areas: 3-5 Business Days.
• Delivery to some Regional Areas: 3-7 Business Days. Please note that delivery to parts of Northern Territory, Western Australia, Tasmania, and remote/isolated areas may take longer due to local transport schedules.
